Thank you for using NestaFin Money Management ("Application"). We at NdesoDev deeply value and are committed to protecting the privacy and security of your personal financial data. This Privacy Policy explains how we manage, store, and protect your information when you use our Application.

2. Information We Manage

This Application is designed around Privacy-First and Offline-First principles.

• Personal Financial Data: All transaction records (income, expenses, transfers), wallet/account names, balance amounts, categories, monthly budgets, and bill reminders are stored 100% locally on your device. We do not operate external servers to collect or store your financial records.
• Receipt Images: Any photos or receipt images you attach are stored exclusively in your device's internal local storage.
• Google Account Information: When you enable the Google Drive Sync feature, the Application only requests authorization to access your Google account to store and read backup files within your own personal Google Drive storage.

3. Device Permission Usage

To deliver its core features, the Application requires authorization for the following permissions on your device:

• Camera (CAMERA): Used specifically when you utilize the receipt scanner feature or capture photos of shopping receipts. Images are processed automatically on-device using ML Kit technology and are never uploaded to any server.
• Fingerprint / Biometrics (USE_BIOMETRIC / USE_FINGERPRINT): Used to verify your identity upon opening the Application if the Biometric Lock feature is enabled. Biometric data is managed entirely by the Android operating system and cannot be accessed or stored by our Application.
• Storage / File Access (READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE / WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE): Used to save and select exported financial reports in PDF or CSV formats, as well as JSON backup files.
• Internet Access (INTERNET): Used exclusively for Google account authentication and user-initiated data backup or recovery processes via Google Drive Sync.

4. Data Storage and Security

• No Third-Party Data Collection: We do not sell, rent, or share your personal financial data with any third parties.
• Google Drive Security: Backup files uploaded to Google Drive remain entirely under your personal control and the security encryption of your Google account.

5. User Rights and Control

You maintain total control over your data at all times:

• Data Deletion / Clearing: You can manually delete transaction records, clear app cache via the Settings menu, or clear all app data entirely by reinstalling the Application.
• Google Account Disconnection: You can unlink your Google Drive account at any time through the Data Export & Backup menu inside the Application.

6. Children's Privacy

This Application is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

7. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any updates will be published on this page along with the revised effective date.
